GENERAL ORDER PROCESS
1. Place your order on the website.
2. Make your payment based on the payment instructions. Make sure the order details and amount transferred are already correct.
3. Your orders are automatically confirmed once the payment made. We will not be manually confirming the orders with you again unless stated otherwise.
4. After each GO deadline, we will place the order with the seller/artist and the production period will begin.
5. Wait for a few months for the production to be finished and the shipping will start to our oversea warehouse.
6. After the items have arrived, we will start the sorting out process for each buyer's orders before sending the second payment notice through email or DM.
7. Please make the payment within the deadline given. For the convenience of combining local postage, free storage is applicable for 3 months upon receiving the second payment notice, and an additional fee of RM0.50 per day will be charged until the maximum period of 5 months upon receiving the second payment notice.
8. Fill in the postage form after the payment or refund.
9. Your items will be posted to your address after the payment is confirmed and the postage form is filled in. We will not post out your items if you don't fill in the postage form even though you have made the second payment.
