Hello! We are Malaysia-based Group Order Manager (GOM) since 2018 (KPOP) / 2021 (AniMerch). We are taking orders ranging from official merchs to fanmade merchs, for any types of anime, manga, manhwa, games, webnovel, danmei, etc. We accept Group Order or personal order request from various countries overseas, mainly from China (CN), Korea (KR), Indonesia (INA), Thailand (TH), Philippines (PH), United States (USA), and many more. Feel free to ask for any country's availability.
Please make sure to read through all the details before placing your order. Placing your order means agreeing with the all details.
From herewith, we will use "GO" and "Group Order" intermittently.
1. REGULAR UPDATES FOR EACH GROUP ORDER CAN BE FOUND IN OUR MASTERLIST. Please check through the sheet first before asking us for any update. You are welcome to ask us for updates but we will likely give you the same order updates even if you ask us directly.
2. ALL GROUP ORDERS ARE PREORDER UNLESS STATED OTHERWISE. Most, if not all, of the GO we host will have to undergo a production and shipping period after the deadline stated in each GO listing. The general production period ranges from around 1-3 months (4-6 months for dolls). Please do not order if you cannot wait.
3. MAKE SURE TO READ THROUGH THE DESCRIPTIONS AND ITEMS PHOTOS CAREFULLY BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER. Each GO deadline can be found on the descriptions while items details can be found in the pictures and descriptions. Once you've placed your order, we assume you are 100% sure and aware of the details regarding your order.
4. GO DEADLINE = PAYMENT DEADLINE, NO PAYMENT = NO ORDERS. Please make sure to read the payment instructions carefully. We may or may not send a reminder for orders made without any payment a day before the deadline. Every orders made without payment before the deadline of each GO will be cancelled.
5. NO ORDER CANCELLATION. Once the order for the GO has been placed, we do not accept any order cancellation. Please find your own replacement if you do not wish to continue with the order. In case of seller/artist fault, we will only be able to refund if seller/artist refunds as well.
6. DOUBLE CHECK YOUR ORDERS BEFORE THE CHECKOUT. If you have any mistakes after checking out, checkout a new order with the correct orders and details and leave a note, or just reply the payment confirmation to the correct order email. Order confirmations are automated and we will not manually reconfirm with you.
7. WE ARE ONLY THE GROUP ORDER MANAGER (GOM). We only assist buyers in purchasing from sellers outside of Malaysia and organize group orders to save on the fees. We are not directly affiliated to the sellers/artists themselves so if any issues arise such as seller/production issues or shipping delays, it is not our responsibility.
8. COMBINE LOCAL POSTAGE IS ALLOWED FOR ORDERS THAT ARRIVED WITHIN 3/5 MONTHS OF EACH OTHER. Free storage is only applicable for 3 months upon receiving the second payment notice, and an additional fee of RM0.50 per day will be charged until the maximum period of 5 months upon receiving the second payment notice. Once the period of 5 months has passed without any notice, we will consider your orders cancelled regardless of all prior payment made, your items will be up for public sale and no refund or only a part of the refund will be given if the items are already sold. We may or may not give a reminder when the free storage and final storage period are nearing.
9. SPLIT LOCAL POSTAGE IS NOT ALLOWED. If you and your friend(s) want to place your order together, once the items arrived and 2nd payment notice sent, we do not offer split postage unless we open any split order ourselves. Please place your order separately if you and your friend(s) have different local addresses.
10. PLACING YOUR ORDER MEANS AGREEING WITH ALL THE DETAILS. Kindly read through our other information pages in the website as well to learn more on how our shop works. If you are uncomfortable with any of our terms, please rethink about ordering with us. Thank you and happy shopping!
