2. ALL GOs have two types of payment, namely "First payment / 1st payment" and "Second payment / 2nd payment".

GENERAL SHIPPING INFO
1. General shipping timeline
1. Shipping from seller to warehouse (after production finished).
2. Wait for a few parcels from different sellers to consolidate them as one big parcel.
3. Once we consider the amount or consolidated parcels suitable to be forwarded, the shipment will be proceeded as an arrival batch (this part varies based on each country, some take a few weeks and some take a few months)
4. Once the shipment arrival batch arrived, we will first sort out the items before ending the second payment to each buyers.
5. Once the second payment made, the items will be posted. You can refer your tracking number here.
2. We have a warehouse address from most countries, mainly China (CN), Korea (KR), Indonesia (INA), Thailand (TH), Philippines (PH), United States (USA), and many more. Feel free to ask for any country's availability.
3. The general international shipping rate is around RM7-RM8 +- per 0.1kg, might be higher or lower based on the circumstances such as the volumetric weight, custom tax, etc. The heavier the items the higher the amount.
4. You can refer the table below for easier understanding, please not that this is only an estimation and the final amount will be based on the weight:

5. The estimation for each GO domestic shipping fee depends on each country and will be divided between the number of buyers. You can refer the list below for easier understanding, please not that this is only an estimation and the final amount will be based on each seller:
6. All local postage will be done using Poslaju as the default courier to both West Malaysia (WM) / Semenanjung Malaysia (SM) and East Malaysia (EM) / Sabah Sarawak (SS). Please request personally if you want to use J&T instead. The rate starts at RM8 for WM/SM (up to 1kg) & RM16 for EM/SS (up to 0.5kg, and they will increase as your items’ weight increases.
7. Local postage will be done in bulk once a week after the second payment notice / deadline. Postage for those who paid the second payment after the deadline will be forwarded to the next postage schedule of the next shipment arrival.
8. Tracking number usually will be automatically emailed once we post out your parcel. If you did not receive any email, please refer to our Tracking Number Spreadsheet.
HOLD ITEMS & COMBINE LOCAL POSTAGE
1. Combine local postage is allowed for orders that arrived within 3/5 months of each other.
2. Free storage is only applicable for 3 months upon receiving the second payment notice, and an additional fee of RM0.50 per day will be charged until the maximum period of 5 months upon receiving the second payment notice.
3. Once the period of 5 months has passed without any notice, we will consider your orders cancelled regardless of all prior payment made, your items will be up for public sale and no refund or only a part of the refund will be given if the items are already sold.
4. We may or may not give a reminder when the free storage and final storage period are nearing.
5. We do not offer split postage unless it is our own split order. Please place an order separately if you and your friend(s) have different local addresses.
